My list in no particular order:

System Shock

Cyberpunk 2077

Elex 2: This one may not come in 2020

Mount and Blade 2

Black Mesa: Surely they will finally be done some time next year?

Biomutant

Vampire the Masquerade - Bloodlines 2: I thought this game was going to be filled to the brim with SJW writing. I've done a deep dive on this game over the past few days and found I was wrong. This may actually surpass the original game in every way except for maybe in the number of clans available.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse Earthblood: I'm still butthurt about the 1997 Werewolf game being cancelled. Maybe this will finally soothe it.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Psychonaughts 2

Doom Eternal

The only one I'm truly excited for is:

Hollow Knight: Silksong

I'm kind of hyped for CP2077 but not fully on-board.

I'm doubting that Elden Ring will make a 2020 release. We'll see.

Otherwise....

Nioh 2
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics
R3make

I didn't know there was going to be a Baldur's Gate 3. My first reaction was to be worried that Beamdog is making it because they did such a crap job with their expansion. Google says it's Larian Studios making the game and I hope they do a good job. I didn't care for Divinity Original Sin because I don't like turn based crpgs. I hope they can do a good job at real time with pause. My favorite thing about BG2 was the huge amount of class kits. I hope they stick with that for BG3. Even better if they do something like the level 1 NPCs mod for BG2 and let us choose the class and kit for our companions. At least to some extent.

Cyberpunk and, even though I don't own the PS4, Ghosts of Tsushima. That game's art direction is nothing short of amazing. Guess we'll see about gameplay.

Elden Ring

Cyberpunk 2077
Dying Light 2
Doom Eternal
Nioh 2

I don't have a PS4 but still need to put this on my list:
Last of Us 2
rumored Demon's Souls remake (Bluepoint Games)

Path of Exile 2, Warcraft III: Reforged, Doom Eternal and mixed feelings towards them but maybe try Cyberpunk 2077 and Half-Life: Alex.

And scanning over the other lists, probably give Black Mesa a go as well.

Torchlight Frontiers and Wasteland 3 are all that are on my list so far. I may try Cyberpunk 2077, but the first person view almost guarantees that I won't enjoy it and will have to force myself to play it.

Elden Ring
Cyberpunk 2077
Resident Evil 3 Remake
Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2
Mount & Blade: Bannerlord
Death Stranding
Wasteland 3
Ori 2

Your list covers most of mine. :D System Shock, Cyberpunk, Psychonauts 2, Doom Eternal. That's actually about it for me, though I'll be happy to see any good indies that pop up. I heard that Thomas Happ is working on Axiom Verge 2 finally for one, but I doubt that would be done this year.

Oh, and Borderlands 3. That's a 2020 game for me. :D

??/03 = Borderlands 3, Half-Life: Alyx

??/11 = Forza Motorsport 8, Halo Infinite, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II
??/12 = MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries
??/?? = Biomutant
??/?? = Death Stranding
??/?? = Dying Light 2
??/?? = Elden Ring
??/?? = Empire of Sin
??/?? = Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3?
??/?? = System Shock
??/?? = Unholy

Oh, I need to add Atomic Heart to my list, but I'm not sure what it's actual timeline looks like now. I've heard they were having some development issues a while back. And is it too much to hope that Witchfire might release this year?

Doom: Buckets of Blood and Puss Edition.
Battlefield 5: The Battle of Meh.
Warcraft III:Guys chopping wood at 1000fps.
Halo: Combat Nostalgia.
Half-Life: Now that you have a job, wife and kids, here is a Half-Life you must strap onto your face edition.

2020 looks sweet!

  1. Cyberpunk 2077
  2. Call of Duty MW BR
  3. Apex Legends S4

That's it so far. I plan to get Control so I can finally test out RT stuff.
