What opens .lay files?

Not sure if this correct thread but I was wondering if someone could tell me what program, prefer freebie, can open .lay files? I have some that I want to preview for a build I am doing.

Sorry for the sarcasm, but it took like 12 seconds to find the answer to this. I still have no idea what kind of file this actually is though - care to elaborate more on your project since you bothered to make a thread about it?

Sprint Layout 5, OrCAD, P-CAD 2006, Altium Designer, GerbView
