I honestly don't know which ram would be best for my build I had 2 set in mind

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory F3-1866C9D-16GXM
OR
16GB G.Skill DDR3 PC3-14900 1866MHz TridentX Series CL8 (8-9-9-24) Dual Channel kit

LIKE I SAID I AM OPEN TO HEAR WHAT EVERYONE THINKS WOULD BE THE BEST FOR ME

I've had great experience with Crucial Ballistix kits as well as Corsair Vengeance kits. Amazon has Corsair Vengeance kits in various speed ranges (DDR3 1600-2400) and in blue, red, or black so they fit cosmetically with your system in the $70-$80 range (2x8GB kits.) The Crucial Ballistix kits are roughly the same in pricing.

The G.Skill kits you listed will do just fine with your build. I've never personally used ram from G.Skill before though so I can't comment on it. I've never had issues with Kingston kits either come to think of it but it's been a while since I've used their ram.
