I found this thing when I was doing a bit of cleaning. Anyone know what it is? I assumed it was network related thus in this sub forum.

Well, you're right. It is an old network interface card I believe. The old old networks of yesteryear used coax.
 
The copyright date is 1997. It's too new to be a 10base2 ethernet device.

It's a T3 interface module for a network testing device called the AX/4000:

ya that could possibly be expensive, put it on ebay see what happens :)

Well.... it's been sitting on my shelf for years :p
My dad got it from one of his past jobs I think (school went belly up and the staff looted the place).
