I wouldn't bother with a full upright machine I think people sell them on ebay.
There are a bunch of custom cabinets.

I meant the software game browser it looks slick and has Steam?

That is probably a front end of some kind there used to be a half dozen of them back in the day.

Looks like they're using an Nvidia Shield. I prefer to use Maximus Arcade but some like to use Hyperspin front end. You could always build your own cab if you're handy. Here's a writeup I did a while back when I put mine together.

I somewhat did a review a couple months back.
It's the only frontend i've ever used but it's great for old classic gaming on the go.
