what is the king of sub 40 dollar burners ?

With so many choices out there ( although a lot are just re branded ) what is the be all end all of sata dvd burners in terms of build quality, aesthetics, value, and support.

I have used several different brands and I prefer Samsung drives the best. They seem to be quieter than many others and I have never had a problem with one.

As far as burn quality goes, check the review sites... cdrinfo.com, cdfreaks.com, and theres one more that i keep forgetting... cdrlabs.com? anyhow, I don't even bother with checking the burn quality of my burns anymore, lol.
