I am thinking of getting a 10940x and a 5600xt.

What is a good ATX motherboard for it?

Originally I wanted to buy an ITX board to make a SFF PC. But i realize that ATX boards are best for overclocking because they seem to have better VRM. Is that true?

X299 ITX boards = only one Asrock one and I seriously doubt you can oc at all on it lol.
