What is a good GPU for $300-350?

My Radeon 7850 is on the fritz and I need a new GPU. I really don't want to spend any more than $350.

gigabyte cooler does a shit job on AMD cards. plenty of complaints around the forums of high temps on 7970s and 280x on windforce cooler. plus its $400 on amazon and probably would be on newegg as well if it was in stock.
