What is a 5.1ghz 3930k chip worth?

So, I am looking to buy a 3930k, supposedly this one has always been under water, and never seen anything over 80C, let alone was only oc'd for benching twice...

What would this chip be worth?

Zero. I don't touch anything used and especially if it's been overclocked.
