What if I delete my Hotmail account that is associated with Windows Live Space?

My old hotmail account is associated with my Windows Space account. If I delete my old hotmail account, will I be able to reassociate my MSN Space account to a different hotmail account?
 
doubt it. windows live is a big service and everything you use is associated to one account. if i were you, i'd just copy everything over to the new account then close the old one.
