I go to the appropriate Podcast's website and then Right-Click followed by Save Link As...

Seems to work for me, but might not be compatible with single-button platforms.

I use the latest version of the Getright download manager. Seems to work ok for me so far, and i also use Getright for all my other downloads so it means i dont have to run different software.
