I will be overclocking the cpu. The primary purpose of this computer is to play games and to watch HD content either on the internet or through iTunes

Pretty poor setup:
- Unknown quality PSU
- Slow drive fir the money
- CPU + mobo has a poor price to performance ratio
- Not so good HSF for the money
- A Crossfire setup even though you have not stated what size monitor you're planning on using.

Please answer the stickied "ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST" so that we can help you better. In other words, we can recommend an immensely better setup for the money once we you answer those questions.
