Hi.

I'm subscribed to Time Warner Digital Cable. I was wondering if I could watch digital cable on my pc. I have the cable wire where my pc is (when I use to have cable instead of dsl) but no digital cable box. Is there a card (or is it called a tuner) that allows me to pick up all the channels I subscribe to without having to have rent an additional digital cable box and watch cable on my pc?

no.

Well, technically you could get a cablecard tuner equipped pc, but those are only sold as complete certified systems, not something you could add to your current pc.

Or if you did research to find out what your provider transmits unencrypted and found out that the unencrypted digital channels were enough you could buy a hd tuner with unencrypted qam / clear qam support and use that.

or you could rent the box and get a hauppauge hd pvr.
