what different between p6t deluxe and the p6t deluxe V2

Well, if you've got SAS hard drives then you'll need a SAS controller of some type. You probably don't need it if you don't know what SAS is.

SAS drives are typically used in server applications. High speed, lower capacity, and expensive. No real use in having a SAS controller on a consumer level board.

Also keep in mind that the P6T Deluxe has been discontinued and is replaced by the Deluxe V2.
