What are you nerds playing this weekend?

Runescape, Double XP week
TES IV:Oblivion
A bit of Division I GLobal Event
The new Doom, maybe, seems like when there's games I want to play there's always some special time gated event going on(Runescape and The Division 1)

Super Mario RPG (switch)
The remake is way easier, at least so far (just past the first boss now). I mean I still mess up the command actions, but now there are icons for most attacks when you are supposed to press A, and your allies (or toad) give you buffs if you execute well consistently, which isn't particularly hard, and rarely am I below 50% HP because MaxHP buffs are thrown like candy after beating mobs. And that's not even on (the new) easy mode.

That said, it's still fun. 3D models are pretty good, and input is pretty snappy even wirelessly (using Hori Battle Pad). Platforming isn't easy, but never was on this game. Might be better with connected controllers.

Tried to finish SP3 for BO6. Chaos Nuketown mostly. Got 5 tiles to do still. I am not buying SP4 after this. The progress is too slow for my liking.

I draw the line at "this feels like a chore", which is why I did not even buy this seasons BP. I still do the Zombies easter eggs and play some HC with friends, but that's about it. Way too many other games I also enjoy to camp my ass on a singular game simply for "progression".

V rising, new updates and content have been super solid so far. Few friends got a server up and running, really enjoying this play through.

If the weather is crap when my nephews come over we will fire up a Red alert lan party for a fee hours.

I finished God of War, tried Blade of Times and finished last week playing The First Descendant, I haven't played an MMO I can enjoy in a long time.

Revisiting Doom 3 vanilla (not BFG edition). Still one of my favorite FPS's after all these years.
Tried the BFG Edition on the Switch. Good night I don't think I'll ever get used to the Switch Lite controller for FPS games. Something about the analog nubs that are just... off?

Also, now that the flashlight is effectively gone, there's no more melee weapon (other than the chainsaw and fists). Boo.

my tipical warzone rebirth / plunder / BR casual - any of them to make me rage... due to the hackers. Yes I am a BOT

The Joycon sticks don't pivot, they slide around like the 3DS joystick, which I have never gotten used to. I prefer to use my 8bitdo controller.

Re-playing CP2077 for the third time as Corpo (already finished Nomad and Street Kid) on my new build with 9800X3D and RTX 5080. And the game look amazing from my old RTX 2060 from my first two play throughs!! I'm playing at 1080p tho as I'm waiting to see whats on the horizon for 2K OLEDs later this Summer.

Game looked amazing at 4K with HDR. The HDR in that game really helps pop all the lighting in that game.

Hmmmm.... I do have FC4 installed and I can play it at 4k now....

Yeah, I'm bumping this to the top of my list (if I PM you with game-related questions, sorry braus ha)
I'm trying to get Far Cry: Instincts-Predator on Xenia to work (never played it) with a KB/M using GPDSCK (VJoy), but now I'm trying to use Virtual Controller instead.

I started out trying to get GoW 2&3 to work but something about UE3 360 games don't listen for KB inputs so...

Plus I remembered that Blood Dragon was FC3 map based so I should play that again before FC4.

Don't have enough time for Doom The Dark Ages, so decided to look through other games I have and looked through my ever growing list of EGS freebies. Had Bioshock 2 Remastered. I made it 14 minutes in the original. Now I put a few hours into Remastered and intend on finishing it. I don't find it to be as good as Bioshock 1 or Infinite but its okay.

FWIW, I completed Doom: TDA in 24 hours, with 100% completion. If you don't care about that extra stuff and just wanted to run through the maps, rip & tear and catch the story, I think you could do it much faster.

Revisiting a slightly older title: Watch Dogs (PC). Never really progressed too far into it last time I attempted it..so time to see if I can finish this one through
