What are you nerds playing this weekend?

Any mods that are a must install?? (I just bought the vanilla game, but will gladly buy the season pass if I get into it)

I remember Ziggy's mod for FC3, for example....

- FC5 with all the areas looking the same, made me so sad (cuz the graphics/gunplay was on point)
Just your normal QoL mods, but if you want a good head start on unlocking premo weapons fast, head for the mask locations right from the get go and/or try to get a Buzzer quick so you can reach some of the high locations to get out of reach masks. Check out those "?" on the map to find them. If you can't reach one but can see it, just shoot it.

Masks will make a sound when you get near one, you can buy map unlocks to them or you can just use a guide like this to find them.

Plus like any Far Cry game since 3, you will want to start skinning animals ASAP to get you a fat wallet and plenty of ammo and weapon slots.

PSA: Beware of the Honey Badgers and Eagles.

More The Last of Us part I and Horizon Forbidden West. Both games look amazing compared to my old rig.

And Far Cry 6, not the best one but looks damn good with my new rig

Finished Elden Ring (main story line) Friday and began playing the expansion Shadow of the Erdtree but looking at previous post I now want to play Descent again. :)

Tried the demo of Ronin game on PS5. Fucking soulsborne bullshit. Should’ve deleted it when I read team ninja.

Finished Quarry and Suicide Squad.

Now doing some battle pass levels in MW3.

Not sure what to play next as a lot of games are just terrible. The 2 I finished were straight from the crapper.

Still plugging away at Fallout 76. Feels like every time I'm ready to be done with it, something else grabs my attention. I'm definitely close to the end of good/unique content, though. Once I complete these Pioneer Scout missions it seems like nothing but repetitious daily missions and group shootouts are left. I'd love to jazz up my camp some more, but most of that stuff is paywalled.

Starfield. Playing to test out a mod I'm working on. Mod's purpose is to bring certain items into the galaxy which aren't already covered through other mods.

Forge of Empires.

Fallout 4 plus London once I get FO4 downloaded from GoG.

Been on a Switch kick lately since I've been traveling. Beat Metroid Prime Remastered a couple weeks ago. And just now rolled credited on Metroid Dread.

I always somehow forget how good a 2D platformer/shooter can be and don't think I'll be into it. Dread (like all previous Metroids) always reminds me of how awesome they can be though. Highly recommend it you have a Switch or are a filthy pirate on PC. My play time came in at around 16 hours including finding 100% of the power ups, some of which took almost an hour of attempts to figure out and get timing/coordination perfected to get to them.

Ace Combat 7 with VR mod. Actually works quite well. A few things like score won't show but it generally works fine.

FO4. It is more buggy than Cyberpunk was on release. How is that even possible. My main quest is now bugged.

I was playing Skyrim without mods a while back to get the achievements, and it's still completely unplayable. I got to around level 20-25 and dumped all of my inventory into my freshly-bought house and all of the quests pointed to the house because that's where quest items were...

Started HL2 again with potato pc, now the graphics don't look as bad as on 1080p.
I play on a 4K resolution and monitor. There are glitches, I don't know if it's the game or the potato pc, I have to turn on fraps to see how many fps it is.

I played it when it was new, I barely remember it. I did get it on sale from Steam for almost nothing. One of these days...

They did an overhaul of it about I dunno, a year after? It fixed 80 percent of the problems and made the gameplay way better. It still has UI bugs, and some of the victory scenarios are much easier to achieve than others, but that makes it fun in a different way because you can push yourself knowing you didn't take the easy win, you took the hard way.

I have 60fps in HL2 all the time on 4K, intel i5 750 with gtx 1050 2GB, it only drops when it changes loading or similar.

Doom 2 ray traced.. and it is incredible. https://www.moddb.com/mods/doom-2-ray-traced install is easy, I opted to update it fully with the optional files from github. The corpses look like something out of Minecraft lol. I wish the weaons looked a little nicer but oh well. It works and looks pretty amazing. The sound track update for Doom 2 is fantastic too.

Doom 3 REDUX https://www.moddb.com/mods/doom-3-redux ... looks cool, going to install this later.

I guess I'm just dooming it out this weekend. ;)

Yeah I saw Doom 3 REDUX the other day on there and have it already DL'ed, should be awesome. I'm still playing London and having a good ole' merry time.

Nice. Yeah I’ll probably bounce over to FOL as well.

Delta Force beta! Anyone else got it and wanna team up? Only played 2 rounds of the extraction mode since every time I get a team they are AFK.

Got Black Myth WuKong preloaded and ready to play in about 40 minutes when it unlocks. Any of you other nerds excited for this one?
