what are the pros/cons of internet explorer 7 64bit version? and y flash doesnt work?

the con is that it isn't firefox. the pro is that you can use it to download firefox!

Because there's no 64-bit version of the Flash Plugin (if that's even a real problem). Same reason as why Flash doesn't work in 64-bit Linux (if it still doesn't; I haven't checked in about 2 years).

EDIT: Wow, absolutely unbelievable. It's been at least 4 years and they can't release a single 64-bit version of the plugin? It's not that tough. Macromedia's really gone to hell since Adobe bought them, not that they were that fantastic beforehand.

They might as well open the Flash plugin's source code so we don't have to deal with this crap ever again.

Can't they just run it in 32 bit emulation or whatever?
i guess microsoft is such a monopoly that they sometimes do with ms what ms do to them? maybe?? why can't they make a 64bit version of it? that's strange.

You have to run an entire 32-bit browser. Which, while not too much of a hassle, is retarded since you shouldn't need to chance your browser just to get Flash.

JVC: Plugins, cross-platform compatibility, standards compliance, easier skinnability, just to name a few are reasons to move to Firefox.
