What am I missing with this deal?

This is a link to an Ebay auction. There are currently 3 of these up there. These are for a Nvidia GTX 680 2Gb card pulled from an Alienware computer. He's only asking $349 as a buy it now price.

Does anyone know if these are slower than a normal GTX 680? Are they the same? Does this seem like a good deal?

The only issue I can see is no warranty.

Other then that it looks like a legit reference GTX 680.

Thanks for the feedback. I went ahead and bought one. It should be a good upgrade from my 570.

That's a good deal, I ran a 580 gtx reference for over a year no problems

But ya if the card were to fail I don't think you have any warranty
