Weird voltage reading? Corsair AX750

So, just put in my new Corsair AX750 and everything seems to be running perfectly. However, in Hardware Monitor, the +12V reading is at 7.03V, which seems weird. In my Asus monitor, it's showing as 12.086V. Any thoughts on why this would be? And should I be concerned?

My board reports 8 something volts. Not many programs report voltages correctly.

CPUID Hardware Monitor hasn't been updated since February, so no official Z77 support.
