I bought the Acer 120hz monitor a few weeks ago. I've noticed what looks like ghosting but its red/green colors. It's only appeared in a couple cases so far. When playing Mafia 2 and Mass Effect 2 in 2D mode. It only shows itself on certain game scenes/environments.. dark alleyways, hallways, etc....basically brighter colors on dark background.

Is this the 3D effect bleeding through? I don't have any snapshots but the second picture on this website photo will give you the general idea. It doesn't come across that bad, more of a slight ghosting effect.

this picture is from this websites review of the monitor

So any ideas or possible fixes?

Holy shit, I thought it was just me. I found this thread in a Google search and you are describing what I am seeing. I thought it was everything else. I thought it was my GTX 480. But I hooked up my PS3 and was noticing the exact same issue which just shouldn't be.

What's weird is it isn't every game. I didn't notice a problem in Mass Effect 2, but I notice it in Crysis and Dirt 2. I thought it was just DX10/11 games that were stressing my video card, but then I fire up Red Dead Redemption on my PS3 and I see the same effects. If it is the monitor this is crazy, and I have no idea how to fix it. Wish I had another one to test with.
