weird ip on network

Hi all i was doing a tracert today and i realized that there was a weird ip 10.65.154.1

where does it show up? where are you tracing to? how is the network set up?

That's the next hop on your cable ISP's route out. Nothing serious, but if you feel like wasting time, call up your ISP and find out for sure. Might take you a while, as you are unlikely to find a tech that can readily explain it.

Ya it's just your ISP using private addresses. My provider (Charter) does it as well.
