weird copy question/or help with robocopy

I am moving alot of things around on my server at work, and to make along story short, i need to copy a bunch a files from one place to another, but i need to keep the date created the same. Normally when we move stuff, it changes the date created on the copy of the file. I need this not to happen. Ive notice that windwos comes witha program called robocopy and it seems like i could use this to do. any body have any expreiance on this?
