Im not sure if this can be solved. But, whenever i read online newspapers, i find it very unpleasant and tiresome for the eyes to read on WHITE BACKGROUND. Especially, when i read on dim light.
Is there way or a script that lets you alter backgrounds of the website you are browsing?
Or maybe im just asking too much.

I used to use greasemonkey with a script to invert the colors, found it MUCH easier to read. I'm sure you can find that with a little googling as I've since stopped using that and can no longer link you.

A related but not specific solution would be to use f.lux, which I love. Changes the color temperature depending on time, but you can easily toggle it manually if you want.

i will have a look at f.lux, but is not exactly what i want.

edit : i found this greasmonkey http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/11683 but cant get it to work yet.

That's what I used.

edit: don't know how to force it on for all websites, i feel it was easier to use under FF rather than chrome as well...
