Web Site to Find Comparable Phones Based on Specs?

I have a Windows Phone (specifically, the Lumia 820). I'd like to compare Android phones that have similar hardware. Is there a site that will let me put in HW specs and show me the phones that match?

I thought GSMArena would have something like that but I don't see anything.

I just type into Google "lumia 820 vs" and see what it fills in. Xperia SP, Nexus 4, Galaxy S2, Galaxy Grand, HTC Windows Phone 8S and Samsung ATIV Odyssey seem to come up. I did not look further than that.

Phone Scoop used to be great at searching for / filtering phones. I don't think they're quite what they used to be though.

Just google. Or you could set a price in your mind and filter out phones that way
