I am currently running ISA 2k and I am evaluating GFI Web Monitor which gives me a lot of information but can give false and exhaggerated hit counts with some pages and has no reporting feature. I loathe sifting through ISA logs, and I was wondering what other reluctant "big brothers" were using to monitor, log, and report outgoing web traffic.

I'm evaluating ISA 2004 as a possible solution. I was never impressed with ISA 2000, as a few features were lacking, and others were made difficult by lack of automation. However, I am impressed with the new ISA server, and suggest that you check it out.

Maybe one of these:
Burstek' ISA Server Log Analyzer
ADVSoft Proxy Inspector
WebSpy

I've personally used Surf Control, WebSense and Web Inspector. They were all put through the paces in a large environment, any of the three would work. All are great products, they can handle reporting, logging, alerting, and real time traffic analysis. As with any big named product be prepared to spend some cash.
