Web Based Calendar

2 of my users wish to be able to go to our webpage, goto a "log in" link and log into a private online calendar that their PAs can add and change for them. They wish for it to be 100% web based.

Now I know that sharepoint can do this but its a bit over the top for 2 users. Is there anything that is free ware or that is not really expensive that you guys could recommend?

I don't know about PDA sync, but I think Google Calendar would probably work....And Sunbird may suit your needs as well...

for some reason they don't want to use google calendar but they want me to host the same thing on one of our webservers.

Sunbird can be shared over a server.....

I'd say go with Sharepoint if you're already running a Windows server. Unless the extra features are just going to confuse people, I don't see anything wrong with being "over the top"

Do you run exchange for them? Outlook web access can show them their calendars and the PA's can update it with their normal outlook clients.

WebCalendar is pretty simple to get going if you do the php/mysql thing.

godaddy has an online calander as well....

no, we don't have exchange... It would be easy if we did.
