He's not actually using the water in the toilet to cool the computer, he's using the water of the toilet to cool the liquid in the loop.

I would think most people would want to have the tank set to auto flush every few hours unless you can guarantee someone is going to flush it every 3 hours, always.

Oh my... I've never actually seen the inside of a toilet tank that's dirty. Out of all the apartments and homes growing up. As well as all of my apartments and now my own house. I have never seen a tank like that. How the f*** does that get like that?
runs cooling through the wall but does that w/ the wires... don't get it.
