I finally cracked my t-bird core after three years of abuse, so I won't be able to give you any temps. I do think they would've been good, and I hope the pictures can inspire someone to do the same.

Basically I didn't want to go with the Aquarius II kit or kollance parts, I wanted the good stuff.
The blocks are made in copper by a friend and they are all ½". This matched to a Black Ice Extreme and an Eheim 1048 would've been more then enough for what I had in store for it.

I havent got any pcis of the pump/rad setup that I striped up underneath the far end of the desk, you couldn't see it unless you kneeled down.

oc results?

None, I cracked my tbird core, got tired and sold the shuttle.
It looked like it would perform pretty nice, even though I had to use a couple of 90 degree bends the flow was ok.
