(?) Water Cooling + A/C Chiller Mod

Are there any straight-forward "one fits all" tutorials or guides out there with lots of step-by-step illustrations and instructions to how one may go about modding an A/C unit to their computer's water cooling system?

This would make an awesome mod for some of the hotter high-end video cards and a massive overclock on an i7.

I would try ducting the A/C's output to the intake of your computer. Simple but effective. Not exactly extreme.
