LOL, I think back to the videos I've seen on the on the [H] frontpage of someone popping balloons with a laser. Damn Navy just had to do it too, please replace 'small boat' with large balloon though.

That's an inflatable boat. Be faster and cheaper to blow a 50 dollar dart gun at it.
