HI. I bought rtx 3090 and i get 2 codes to unlock Watch Dogs Legion and GF NOW redeemption. My question is. I want sell Watch Dogs code.
Buyer need graphic card from RTX 3xxx series? Or graphic card doesnt matter?

Yes, buyer must have a 3080 or 3090 (or a 3070 if that's also in the promotion) since they redeem in GeForce Experience which knows GPU. You have to redeem to your GE account and then tie it to Ubisoft. There's no actual game key.
