Coupon worked without any issue for me; the $20 MIR doesn't show until you add to the cart. It will actually show both a $10 and a $20 MIR, however you can only use one, which obviously would be the $20.

And after buying a PSU, I had to get the entire rig to power with it. Sigh...so much for going slow.
