Warm - 300GB SATA/300 Seagate $99.99 @ Frys

Not to thread crap, i'm realy not sure if this is.

But, (and i know this is retail and the other in OEM) Newegg has a 320GB Segate SATA drive for $89.

It's $95 @ Newegg for the 7200.10 (a newer model I think than what is being listed here) in either ata or sata.

Did you know about the Newegg deal before? If so, why didn't you start a new thread about it? Either way, pointing out better deals in a thread definitely is NOT thread crapping :) If you find a better deal than what I found, please post it. :D

Thread crapping (to me) is just being a jerk to someone who posted... such as people continually posting "no ebay" links when they don't read the freaking rules about it being okay to post "buy it now" deals.

It is not uncommon for the 400GB SATA 7200.10 Seagate 5-yr warranty to be $99. I think you are better off waiting for the next sale.

If you do happen to find the 400GB's are Fry's again for $99, let me know. I need another one to match the one I got last time :D.

Even on black friday there werent any 400gb drives for $100. $60 for 320gb at Fry's was the best. $150 for 500gb elsewhere was the 2nd best.

They did the 400GB 7200.9's for $99 maybe a month or so ago. They were out of the 7200.9's so they were giving out 7200.10's instead at the end. I picked one up.

We've seen 400gbs for 99.99 several times in the last few months betwen Newegg and Frys/Outpost alone...I think they were all maxtor's with 1yr warranty though...

the beauty of the previous deal was that seagate had an additional $21 rebate on the 400gb drives making them only $78. i'm glad i bought 7 back then, because similar deals have been slow to emerge.

yeah, i got a 400gb for my xbox when it was 89 with no MIR

patiently waiting for the 400-500gb seagates to go on mad sale, and get 3-4 of them
