i've got an old 7970 with an arctic accelero xtreme cooler on it. it was my personal gpu until i upgraded many moons ago. it's just sitting around if you want it. i can provide pictures too. i also have the original hsf as well if you want to convert the cooling back to stock however it runs really nice with the accelero cooler. i haven't used it in a while but i'm sure it will fire right up. let me know.
 
$150 , I got a Sapphire pulse itx 570. Was a pull from my wife's PC, just updated her to the Vega nano.
 
oof e5140. any chance your board supports 1600fsb?

grab an slbba x5460 for $17 on ebay. overclock to 1600fsb via bsel/fslx. Will have a screamer compared to the e5140 :)
 
Looking for a board too? I think I got a Kaveri based Mini-ITX setup with 16GB 2 x 8 Essencore Klevv memory.
