This is the same as the 7805u from bestbuy except it guarantees the 1920x1200 resolution screen. Bestbuys have mostly 1440x900 7805u's now. This is a great deal for those looking for the higher res.

I had a P-6831 FX in 'repair' sense early december and called last week what was going on (because the CPU fan needed to be replaced and 2 months was ridiculous). Whatever ended up happening, they offered to just send me a FX 7801u as a replacement and I gladly agreed.
