Voltage - How much is too much if your temps are fine?

I am getting a water cooling setup for my E6750 soon, and I was wondering, as long as the temps are fine, how much voltage is safe? I can push it over 4ghz at about 1.56v, could probably maybe go farther (waiting on my WC setup to get here) how much voltage is "unsafe"?

Intel engineers say 1.55V should be considered the absolute maximum voltage if you wanna keep it for awhile. I personally have seen what 1.65V. does to a mobo and processor and you really don't wanna see your rig looking like that.
