I've searched everywhere and tried everything

bcdedit doesn't work. uninstalling certain updates doesn't work. hitting F8 and disabling integrity checks doesn't work. no matter what I do, I cannot run unsigned drivers. This means that I cannot use core temp, everest, atitool, or a boatload of other software for overclocking and testing. i am at my wits end, and really do not want to move back to 32bit since I now have 4gb of ram. what should I do?

It's possible, I do it myself. Make sure you've run the following commands through an Admin command prompt

Bcdedit /set nointegritychecks ON
bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

Make sure you don't have either of the following two updates installed

KB932596
KB938979

These reinforce the driver integrity checks no matter what.

i already have done that and I'm still getting the error messages.

Are you sure? If you haven't done them all it won't work. Does ATT say unable to load low level driver if you try to start it up?

Do you have all windows updates installed, I think KB938194 also causes the problem.
