VirtualCable and Reaper in Windows10 sound settings

Hello. I want to know if i have good correct settings in Windows Sound on VirtualCable to send my voice true Reaper filters to have more clear and better voice sound in mic. I use mic in games to comunicate with people. They hear me in the game but i want have 100%sure that my voice is going true this Reaper filters i have on in this program.My sound settings in windows and in Reaper are on screens. This settings are correct and my voice is going true Reaper ?
