Is there already, or plans to; have more than one viewing color scheme?

For some reason it's hard for me to read White on Black. :(

Most forums I go to have this feature with their VB3 package.
 
It's not gonna change any tiime soon. Kyle likes it this way, it's been discussed numerous times. :)
 
I found a link to this in the faq. Basically, you can do it in firefox by using "site specific css". I have no clue what this is or how to do it, but according to that thread it can be done.
