Its out now. You can edit your TS files created by the Hauppauge HD-PVR with this software. You can do joins and cut parts out also. Software is great. I bought it for $96 and you can only get it through the forum. its not fully out yet. its a pre-release but if you are stuck with a bunch of TS files that you cannot edit, this is THE software to do it.

Is there an upgrade price? I have the previous or current version.
 
yes there is an upgrade price. its pretty much what you paid + the difference to the new price. So if you had videoredo, its 46.99 and tv suite its 25.99 to upgrade. you have to download the software in the forum and then in the program it will take you to the correct webpages to purchase it.
