Hey I'm looking for a quick (free, legal) way to convert .AVI or .WMV to MPEG4 or .MOV.

I'm trying to get some video files onto my phone so any help would be appreciated.

BTW: Yes, I searched, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
