Hi all recently i worked on vitalizing my HTPC. I put my Radeon HD5750 card into my home server running ESXi 6.0, spun up a Win7 machine and installed the drivers for the card. Everything worked great but anytime i reboot the VM it shuts off halfway trough boot and i get the following error:
After rebooting the host the VM will power back on fine no problem.
i've been googleing my butt of and found a few tutorials and tips to fix the PCI error but still cant get it working correctly.
so far ive done the following:
But i'm still having this problem... i cant find anything else to try. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Edited the VMX file and added the following
pciHole.start = "1200"
pciHole.end = "2200"
also
pciPassthru0.msiEnabled = "FALSE"
pciPassthru1.msiEnabled = "FALSE"
Also found a thread recommending to lock in the memory so i created a reservation
Also changed the VM BIOS to EFI
