Let's use this as our example:
Normal = 46 fps to 160 fps = 248% gain
46 is the BASE # and we are calculating a GAIN from that BASE #.
Imagine you weighed 46 LBS @ age 5 and 160 LBS @ age 15
The GAIN % from your BASE # is 248%

over (divided by)
