verizon dsl problem help

im on the normal dsl to a switch to 2 PCs using PPPOE. Normally it has always worked fine, but recently it only allows 1 pc to DIAL up to connect. 2nd PC just wouldnt get past the "connecting to WAN NETWORK" msg
already tried setting up a router, no go router wont connect
