VCP 410 is no joke.

My co-worker took the test in Oct 2009 for VCP-310. He has yet to receive his kit with the vcp number, certificate, and WS 7 license. He took the VCP-410 last week and passed that as well. I hope to take the same vcp-410 test this week and I think I'll pass. I just haven't taken the class so I'll be one of those guys that has to list on the resume that I took the test and passed.

Meanwhile, the 2.5.4 and 3.5 environment that we have will continue and hopefully this year I can get the employer to invest some more money into a better VI situation. But I'm doubtful that will happen so off to indeed.com in a few weeks. Maybe the next employer will pay for the class to make things legit.

Train Signal DVDs are pretty good too. But they won't help you pass the test.
 
I passed the VCP-410 today. 425/500.

Now I'll be working on the Hyper-V since some contracts want that instead.

Edit: I passed the 70-652 Hyper-V test. Not too difficult. Now I'm working on getting the MCITP: System Admin and later the Enterprise Admin.
