The folks at Valve sent out a press release today (not yet linked on the Steam website) announcing plans to debut “The Lab,” a compilation of new VR experiments, at next week’s GDC.

Valve has announced plans to debut “The Lab,” a compilation of new VR experiments, at next week’s Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, CA. Set in a pocket universe of Aperture Science, “The Lab” offers multiple ways to enjoy room-scale VR. It will be offered free of charge via Steam this spring. More information will be made available next week at GDC.”
 
Looking to be good. It's awesome that Valve is putting out so much free stuff for newcomers to try out, definitely helps in showing off what VR can do.
 
Well they did not say what time frame the lab takes place. Soo you can have hope that there ar some half life 3 elements in there?
