Using cwRsync to backup on Windows network?

Anyone use cwRsync on a Windows network for backup purposes?

The install instructions look fairly straightforward, just wondering if it's as easy as it sounds.

After nearly losing all digital pictures of my first born (and nearly losing my life to my wife's wrath), I really need to implement a backup system that doesn't require someone to put a disc in the drive, or remembering to kick off a backup job, etc. I've got spare machines I can load up with hard drive space for use as a remote backup machine, so cwRsync sounded good.

Any thoughts or better ideas?
