I have a user problem. When i download something from the internet (a pic or file or anything) i get this little group icon attached to the thumbnail. This means it is shared with other user. However, i do not have another user. When i lok in the properties of the file i have a user called _ISW_RESTRICTED_GROUP_. This is giving me limited capability because most of the time i have changed permissions before i can open the file. I am running Vista 64 Ultimate and was wondering how to get this fixed. I think it is windows error (why i posted it here) but i also thought it could be a virus, but i ran several cleaners and they found nothing. Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.
