I have a PC using the following components:

Motherboard:

Case w/ Power Supply

I have been having trouble with the USB port. The case's built-in card reader dies from time to time. Today, I measured the voltage on the USB ports and found that I got 5.20V on standby. When the PC is powered up, the voltage drops to 5.12V.

On my other PCs, it usually range between 5.00V to 5.10V.

Is it normal? Unfortunately all I have is a multimeter.

ATX12v design specification is +/-5% of nominal for 12v, 3.3v, 5v, and +5vsb. So, 4.75v to 5.25v.

5.2V is fine, and chances are your MM isn't all that accurate anyway.
