USB flash drive with a read-only toggle

I'm looking for a USB flash drive (4GB or larger) that has a switch that will allow me to toggle between read/write mode and read-only mode.
I have never seen one in person, but have heard of them. heck! i have no idea if they make them so i'm asking if anyone has seen one and where I could buy one.
i want one that doesn't require or use software, and that lets me toggle between read-only mode and read/write mode.
This would be useful as a rescue drive without the fear of a memory resident virus or malware infecting my usb flash drive.

This is PERFECT! Thank you so much. I initially started looking through Newegg's website, but there are so many. I'm going to be using this as a rescue disk and for storing symantec ghost images (i use them at work).
Anyway, I got it on order. I'm sooo excited! (yes, i'm such a pathetic nerd)
